-Community OUTDOOR pool is typically open from Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day Weekend, but may remain open longer pending weather.
-Community HEATED INDOOR pools are available year-round!
-Community Playgrounds are available for use!
-Nearest BOAT LAUNCHES are "What's Up Doc?" Marina and Port of Kimberling Marina, approximately 3.5 miles away.
-We do have grill tongs and a grill brush, but please plan to bring your own charcoal and lighter fluid (available for purchase nearby).
-Any smoking inside the property will result in a minimum $500 fine and assessment of deep cleaning fees required to remove smell.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home (with the exception of owner closets) as well as community indoor and outdoor pools, lazy river, community playground / basketball court / pickleball court.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
